We collect a completely refundable security deposit of $500.00 on the day you make your reservation. The remaining balance, which makes us the rental amount, cleaning fee and resort tax is due 30 days prior to arrival.
We understand how difficult it is to organize a trip with a large group. However, because we have multiple vacation rental homes and receive multiple daily inquiries for specific dates, the only way to “hold” dates is to make a security deposit. We have a lenient cancellation policy outside of 90 days until arrival, so make the reservation; and cancel or change if necessary.
Yes, we accept all major credit cards. You can book online or provide credit card information over the phone.
You can cancel your reservation up to 90 days prior to arrival and incur no penalty. We charge a sliding scale cancellation fee. If you cancel 90 days prior to arrival, the fee is $100. At 60 days, the fee is $500(loss of security deposit). Once you make your final payment 30 days prior to arrival, your reservation can’t be canceled or refunded. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance if you would like protection against something unexpected.
Our homes have advanced keyless entry for your convenience. There is a keypad installed on the front door deadbolt that requires a code to enter. Simply enter the code that is provided to you (once your final payment has been made). Your entry code is unique to your reservation and will not work outside of your reservation dates.
Our homes are well equipped for almost all of your needs. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, bath linens, and a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels are all provided. The kitchen contains everything necessary to prepare the even the most demanding meal.
Check in is at 3pm, check-out is at 10am. Our cleaning team has only four hours to prepare the entire home for each group of guests. Please help us provide excellent customer service by respecting our check-in and check-out times.
There is no formal check-out procedure – in terms of keys or waiting for an inspection. We only ask a few things of you: load and start the dishwasher, load and start the sheets or towels, and place any furniture you may have moved back in its original position.
Yes, all of our homes have wireless internet access that is password protected. Please refer to your confirmation document to find the password to be used during your stay.
We are blessed to have spectacular locations that are no more than a 2-3 minute walk to the beach access. We have provided a beach cart to assist you in the walk to the beach. Fact: Anna Maria Island has an extremely limited supply of beachfront rental property and what is available is either at a steep weekly rate or rarely available.
We love animals and have pets of our own, and we do occasionally allow pets in our home – given you have had your pet approved, you have paid your pet fee of $100, and have signed the pet agreement. We HIGHLY encourage guests with a week or less stay to leave their pets at home. Anna Maria Island beaches are NOT dog friendly – fines for violators are routinely given by the beach patrol.
There is NO smoking inside of our homes, but we do provide outside smoking areas with ashtrays. Detection of smoking inside our homes will automatically incur loss of security deposit – we take the health and comfort of our home, your guests and those who will follow your stay very seriously.
